ABOUT BEING NEEDY AND SELF-PITYNESS

There are few things more frustrating than individuals who constantly exhibit neediness, resentment, and a tendency to employ self-pity to manipulate others into providing them with their desires. These people are not only a burden on society, but they are also unwilling to accept responsibility for their own lives.

What is worse, is that these individuals often harbor resentment towards those who have achieved success of any kind and even financial stability through their own hard work and effort. They fail to acknowledge the fact that their current position in life is a result of their own choices, and instead choose to sit back and blame others for their shortcomings.

It is important to note that success and financial stability are not just handed out for free, but are instead achieved through hard work, perseverance, and a willingness to take risks and make sacrifices. Rather than relying on others and applying self-pity to receive what they want, these individuals should be focusing on developing their own skills and talents and taking responsibility for their own lives. However, they fail to show commitment and responsibility to improve their lives and conditions for the better.

It is time for these individuals to realize that the world does not owe them anything. They need to stop employing self-pity to manipulate others, and start taking ownership of their own lives. It is important for them to stop being resentful of those who have achieved success, and instead focus on pursuing their own goals and dreams.

All in all, individuals who exhibit neediness, resentment, and a tendency to apply self-pity to manipulate others are a hindrance to society. They need to take responsibility for their own lives and stop blaming others for their struggles. Success and financial stability are earned through hard work, perseverance, and a willingness to take risks and make sacrifices. It is time for these individuals to take action towards their own goals, rather than relying on others to provide them with success and/or anything else so as to compensate their lack of responsibility and narrow-mindedness.

THE VOICE (of faith and evil) - written by jrqc (philosophical literature - fiction)

THE VOICE (of faith and evil) "I believe the world itself can blind you with its banal sweet-honey taste, making you forget who you truly are. It's so easy to fall for it without even realizing about it. Sometimes I so hate it!" Thought he while staring at the gloomy morning that somehow felt as if carrying a burden of pessimism on its shoulders.  "I'd say that this world itself makes your spirit bloom in its rightful and truthful nature" a faint voice whispered, hollowed and distant. "Besides, what would you be if it wasn't for this world that you somehow have conquered and shaped to your own convenience?. This world, as you put it, has not left you out, furthermore it has complied to your wishes and whims". The soft tone of the whispering voice added. "There you are wrong! We know perfectly well that I am what I am through my God-given free will and that it is through HIS help that I have lived and experienced things out of HIS mercy s...

LOVE'S ROMANTIC DEATH - NARRATIVE / SHORT STORY BY JRQC

For Martin, the simple act of getting up was a powerful force that translated into the sensation of morning freshness, as if his existence depended on it. And it was not in vain. He embodied one of those characters capable of making the mind and body flutter, a whirlwind infused with passion for everything representing beauty. When his eyes directly met yours, you felt exposed, as if an eternal flame shone in his honey-colored eyes. He seldom directed his gaze towards people while speaking, but when he did, you felt at his mercy, as if his eyes penetrated the walls of your soul and heart, leaving you exposed. However, I don't complain, as under the shelter of his aura and words, I felt the comforting warmth of that fiery gaze. His gaze intoxicated me, his words bathed me. Yes, that's Martin. That's him, the one I fell in love with. For him, life was a feast offering delicious delicacies and pleasures which he indulged in without distinction or regret. His strength pulled me...

STATUE OF LOVE - poetic monologue by jrqc (stanzas, metaphors, symbolism used)

You banished me from the coldness of your embrace. Despite my begging and suffering, as I tore my ragged clothes in desperation, you showed no mercy and gave me none. My knees were grated and grazed from the harsh ground on which they stood. However, you, oh cold statue named Love, pointed your accusing finger at me, crowning my heart with thorns while exclaiming, "You, my child, the one who denied me! You, the one who refused my embrace! You ungrateful creature! You shall now wander the moors with pain in your heart and inhabit the shadows of my Love!" Despite the harrowing circumstances, my squirming soul persisted, and with what was left of my heart, I endured the pain. My teary, blurry vision became the prelude to new perceptions. But that was it, for I was scarred. I am scarred. I will be scarred, and no words, neither from that statue of Love nor yours, will provoke a change in the way things are. I have walked the moors, wept, and wailed throughout the vastness of the ...
